Our Founder
Robert Cordivari is Principal owner and President of Altair Direct Mail Management, Inc.
Mr. Cordivari oversees all sales, marketing and production. Altair was founded by Mr. Cordivari
as a result of many years in the printing and mailing industry in which he saw a need for
personalized service, one stop shopping, competitive pricing, and the quality and turnaround
customers expect from their providers.
Prior to starting up Altair Direct Mail Management, Inc., Mr. Cordivari was VP of Sales and Marketing for a small direct mail company located in Conshohocken, PA. It was here that Mr. Cordivari saw the compromise in quality and turnaround time which resulted when multiple vendors were involved in the direct mail process.
Mr. Cordivari set the business model for Altair very simply: Managing all major aspects of a direct mail campaign allows Altair to separate itself from its competition; when in control of multiple direct mail processes, Altair can control quality and set very aggressive timelines for its customers – and meet them.
Mr. Cordivari is a graduate of Archbishop John Carroll High School and Villanova University. After graduating from Villanova, Mr. Cordivari took a position with Hawthorne Mailing Services, a subsidiary of The Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company. He was a major account representative, responsible for the timely production of all billing statements for Hawthorne’s largest customer, Macy’s Department Store. Mr. Cordivari also worked as a manager of a telephone service center for The Spiegel Catalog Company, headquartered in Chicago, IL. He has been in the customer service field for over 25 years and fully understands the relationship between a satisfied customer and a successful business.
Mr. Cordivari lives in northern Chester County, PA with his wife, 2 sons, dog and cat.
